THE CONFERENCE

PCSG is proud to be affiliated with Neil G. DeSousa Productions and MASSPORT to deliver the Counter-Terrorism for Transportation Conference III for 2007. While titled number III, it is actually the fourth of its kind over a five year period. PCSG Executive Vice President, Leon Laylagian, attended the first conference held at the Drake Hotel in Chicago in 2002, and has served as the conference chairman during subsequent events; twice in Berkeley, and the most recent in Boston.

The Counter-Terrorism for Transportation Conference (CTTC) is a by-invitation-only, open source venue, where a majority of the attendees are also speakers. Limited in size, this conference provides for an extremely high quality of dialogue, and the ability to network and collaborate on an elevated level. To date, the CTTC has been responsible for several viable aviation security projects among government, private sector, and industry.

This year’s conference was held at Boston Logan Airport, and hosted by the Massachusetts Port Authority (MASSPORT). PCSG extends a heartfelt Thank You to MASSPORT CEO Tom Kinton, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in airport security improvements since September 11, 2001. PCSG’s role, in addition to chairing the event, was to shine the light on “role model” organizations, such as MASSPORT, American Airlines, Fedex Airlines, United Airlines, the Federal Air Marshal Service, and others. The 2007 conference agenda is available below, along with photos from this year’s event.
